The following costs may be charged for returns:
- Return costs: The customer is usually responsible for covering postage costs to return items.
- Handling fees: at least 10% or a minimum deduction of CHF 5.– if the item has been opened or used. For detailed information, please click here.
However, Digitec Galaxus will cover the costs if:
- the product is clothing or shoes
- you were sent the wrong product
- the product information displayed in our shop was incorrect
- you were sent a product you didn’t order
- the product you received was incomplete
For every rule, there’s an exception.
