In rare cases, your payment might be interrupted. This can happen for a number of reasons. You’ll get a notification on your screen telling you why:
Error code 01: "For security reasons, the credit card you provided can’t be used for payment."
A credit card can only be used three times every 24 hours. If you’ve made three attempts or orders already, you’ll get this error message.
In this case, we recommend choosing a different payment method or placing your order again after the 24-hour period has passed.
If you get this error message on your first payment attempt, it's because the credit card you're using was issued in an unsupported country. We accept credit cards issued in the following countries:
- Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom.
Error code 02: "The transaction was rejected by the card issuer."
This error code may have various causes:
- The credit card details you entered are incorrect.
- The credit card is no longer valid.
- The daily credit card limit has been reached.
We recommend you try paying again. If it doesn’t work, contact the card provider to make sure there is no problem with your card.
