Ordered the wrong product or changed your mind? As long as we haven’t yet got your order ready to ship, you can still cancel the product you no longer want.
- Go to Orders in your customer account.
- Choose the order you want to change.
- Click «Cancel article» on the relevant product.
Don't see the «Cancel article» button?
That's because we'll have already shipped your item, and the order can't be changed at this stage. But you still have the option to return the item once you've received it. Find out how to return an item.
How do I get a refund on items I've cancelled from my order?
If you had already paid for the product before cancelling it, we'll give you a credit note. Find out how to claim the money back from your credit note.
