You have up to 30 days to return your product, starting from the day you received it. If the 30 days are already up, please get in touch with our customer service team via the contact form. They assess each case individually.
Does that mean I can return any product?
Yes, generally speaking you can return any product. Once you’ve opened the packaging, we can’t sell it as new. That means we have to take 10% taken off the price you paid for the product, as you’ll see on your credit note. We then pass on that 10% reduction to the next customer who buys the product. All items are checked carefully when they’re returned. If the product you sent back isn’t in perfect condition, we’ll need to get in touch with you to discuss how to proceed.
Anything else I should be aware of?
Unfortunately, you can’t return hygiene products that have been opened. This includes things like headphones, electric toothbrushes and razors. You always need to make sure you return the original packaging, even with products that have already been opened.
How do I return a product I bought from the marketplace?
If you want to return a product to a seller from our marketplace programme, please send this in a separate parcel to the seller, not to Digitec Galaxus AG.
