PickMup means you can have your order delivered to a Migros of your choice. This includes a number of migrolino petrol stations, Migros supermarkets and other partners stores.
Can I pay at a Migros partner outlet when I pick up my order?
Unfortunately not. We can only dispatch your order once you’ve paid for it in full. That means you can’t opt to pay by cash or upon receipt of an invoice.
Is there anything I can’t collect from a Migros partner outlet?
For logistics reasons, you can’t have anything delivered to a PickMup location that is particularly bulky and/or heavy. The same goes for home deliveries. If a product doesn’t qualify for delivery via PickMup, you won’t be able to select that option when you’re placing your order.
How long will they hold my order?
You have 14 days to pick up your order starting from the day we tell you it’s ready to collect.
I forgot my collection note. What shall I do?
As you pay for your order before collection, we don’t want it falling into the wrong hands. That’s why our PickMup outlets can’t hand over your order unless you show ID and your delivery slip. You can view your collection note at any time by going to your Digitec Galaxus AG account.
