As long as the product is provided by digitec or Galaxus directly, the receipt will list VAT.
You can find electronic copies of all your documents in your customer account. The "Invoices" section shows you which bills have been paid and which are outstanding.
But if you buy from a third party supplier on digitec or Galaxus, the receipt might not list VAT. The product overview in the shop always tells you who the supplier is:
if you need a VAT receipt, please ask the supplier directly. Their contact details are on the sales receipt.
