We're sorry you want to delete your account. The best way to do this is to get in touch with us directly using the contact form and selecting «Other request» from the drop-down menu.
Please include the e-mail address you signed up with or a current order number so we can find your account as quickly as possible.
You'll get a confirmation e-mail as soon as your account has been deleted.
At that point, you'll no longer have access to your sales receipts and other documents. That’s why we recommend making a copy (printing out a hard copy or saving an electronic one) before you ask us to delete your account.
