We want to make shopping as easy as possible for you. That's why we offer payment by invoice alongside a range of other payment options. We'll unlock this option and give you a defined credit limit once your credit check has been successful.
You can't pay by invoice if your order costs more than your credit limit or if you've reached your credit limit with unpaid orders.
Our customer service team have no control over your credit limit or the payment options available to you.
When do I have to start paying invoice fees?
If you haven't ordered a lot from us, an external company will carry out your credit check. We can't influence or change this check. While the credit check is under way, you can still pay by invoice but the fee is 2% of the total amount plus CHF 1.00 per order.
As soon as you've ordered with us regularly (irrelevant of payment method), we'll carry out the credit check. Our system uses your payment history and other factors to decide your credit limit and if you qualify for payment on invoice. Once you qualify, you won't have to pay any fees for payment on invoice.
How can I increase my credit limit?
If you have unpaid invoices, your limit will be increased as soon as you pay the outstanding amount. If you pay invoices reliably and quickly, we'll increase your credit limit. It's best to use the same customer account for all orders to keep a record of your payment history.
