Purchase by invoice is activated after a successful credit check and a credit limit is defined by the system. If the value of your shopping cart is higher than your individual credit limit or if you have already exhausted your credit limit due to unpaid orders, the invoice will not be available as a payment option.
Please note: If the payment method "invoice" is not available for your order, this cannot be changed by our customer service. To place your order anyway, you can choose one of the other payment options.
What are the fees?
All our payment methods are free of charge for end customers.
How can I increase my credit limit?
If you have outstanding invoices, you can increase your limit immediately by paying the outstanding amounts. If you pay your bills reliably and quickly, we will provide you with an increasing credit limit over time. It's best to always use the same customer account, otherwise your payment history will be lost.
Please note: If you do not pay your bills on time, your limit will decrease. This limit will only be increased again by (punctually) paid orders.
