Finally, the time has come. As a result of the Federal Council's decision to ease the measures, our stores are reopening on 11 May.
As the health of our customers and employees remains our top priority, we’ve taken various protective safety measures.
- Dispensers with disinfectant are available at all entrances and exits. The daily cleaning work is intensified in all shops.
- Customers and employees are asked to keep a distance of two metres. This is supported by markings on the floor.
- The number of customers who are allowed to be in the store at the same time is limited. The guideline is one customer per ten square metres.
- Especially at peak times, we expect extended waiting times, as we can’t operate all cash registers at the same time and are working with slightly reduced capacity.
Important: if you’d like to claim warranty or return a product in one of our stores, please register the product online in your customer account and take the printed receipt with you. This speeds up the process and reduces waiting times for everybody.

Are there new opening hours?
No. The opening hours of all stores remain unchanged.
Are customers required to wear a mask?
No. Neither customers nor employees are obliged to wear masks.
Can all products be collected in a store?
The usual restrictions for very large and/or heavy products apply. Products that can’t be collected in one of our stores are marked accordingly in our online shop. Please refer to the availability details.
Will products be displayed in the showroom as usual?
No. As we cannot guarantee that the exhibited products are constantly cleaned and disinfected, showrooms had to be covered or removed depending on the location.
Can I still pay in cash?
Yes. Yes, we accept cash payments as before the lockdown, but recommend all customers to pay by card if possible.
Are the usual shop services still offered?
Yes. Data transfer for mobile phones, commissioning for notebooks or tailor-made films, our professionals on site are happy to help you.
How long do these special measures apply?
Unfortunately, we don’t know right now. We’ll ease the measures in line with the laws and recommendations by the authorities.
