We'll send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped. This includes your tracking number so you can track your order.
You can also find your tracking number in the Orders section of your customer account. This is where you can find your order status to check if it has been shipped or if it's not been processed yet.
What does «ready for shipment» mean?
This means the product is in our warehouse and our team are preparing your order. We don't ship the order until all your products are in the warehouse and «ready for shipment». If you need any items sooner, activate partial delivery.
Shipped but not received
If your order has been shipped but you haven't got it yet, first check that it hasn't been delivered to a neighbour. If it's not there and your shipment status hasn't changed in several days, get in touch with us so we can check the whereabouts of your parcel. Our contact details are in the grey footer below.
If your parcel is damaged on arrival or if you haven't received the product you ordered, follow the instructions on what to do if you receive the wrong product.
Why are you sending my order in several parcels?
Not all products are sent from our warehouse. When the item comes from one of our partner suppliers, it'll be sent to you directly in a separate parcel. You'll get a confirmation e-mail once each parcel is dispatched.
