We package all our orders carefully and do our best to ensure products get to you in perfect condition, but in a few cases, an order might get damaged in transit.
If your product has been damaged during shipping, please get in touch straight away using our contact form and select «Problems with an order : I've received an externally damaged product» as the reason for your message. Make sure to include:
- your order number
- a short description of the damage
- photos of the damage and packaging
Once we've received your message, we'll contact the delivery company to find out what happened with your order. As soon as we've investigated the issue, we'll let you know the next steps.
