You can configure your Samsung smartwatch on your Samsung mobile phone. If you use a mobile phone by a different brand than Samsung, please follow the steps at the very bottom.

Open the Samsung Wear app on you Samsung phone.

Tap on «Mobile plans».

Follow the instructions in the app and finalise the MultiSIM contract.

You’ll receive a confirmation SMS as soon as your MultiSIM has been activated.
You don’t use a Samsung mobile? Please send an e-mail to connect@digitec.ch with the following information on your watch:

IMEI
You’ll find this information in the Samsung Wear app as soon as your watch is connected via Bluetooth.

Open the Samsung Wear app on your Samsung Phone.

Tap on «About watch».

Tap on «Device».

Tap and hold «IMEI» to copy it. This will copy the IMEI to your clipboard. Next, switch to your e-mail app, click on «Compose» to open a new e-mail and paste the IMEI into it.

Go back to the Watch app and do the same for the EID by tapping and holding it, switching back to your e-mail and pasting the EID into it.

To complete the e-mail, add your digitec connect phone number and write that you’re requesting to manually activate MultiSIM for your Samsung Watch. Once all that’s done, send the e-mail to connect@digitec.ch.
