In this case please contact us within the first 5 days after you've received the order and make sure to include the following information:
- your order number
- a short description of the damage
- photos of the damage and packaging
Once we've received your message, we'll contact the delivery company to find out what happened with your order. As soon as we've investigated the issue, we'll let you know the next steps.
