You can redeem your credit note at the checkout:
- Add the item you want to buy to the shopping cart.
- Click on "Edit" in the "Payment" section and select "Redeem credit note".
- Select the credit note you want to use
We'll deduct the value of the credit note from the total cost of the order. You can redeem more than one credit note per order.
If the value of the credit note is more than your total order, the difference will be added to the credit note so you can use it against your next order. In other words, the same code can be used for a future order.
Redeem credit note in an existing order
As long as the amount has not yet been paid, you can easily redeem it in your user account under orders.
- Open the order for which you would like to redeem the credit note
- Click on "Edit order" and then on "Edit" in the payments section.
- Now you will find at the bottom "Redeem credit".
- Finally you can submit the changes by clicking on "Save changes".
