If you have ordered several products with different delivery times, we ship the total order for ecological reasons only when all products are available.
Of course, we understand that sometimes it must go faster. So you can have products available in stock shipped immediately:

Select «Orders» in your customer account.

Select the corresponding order.

Click «Dispatch in-stock products immediately» on the left side of the order overview.
The products you ordered will now be sent out one by one as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
Products ready for collection
You can collect a single product as soon as it arrives at one of our collection points. However, we only send out collection notifications when all the products you ordered arrive in store. Check your order overview to keep track of the products you ordered.
The option «Dispatch in-stock products immediately» is not available?
In this case, your products will be shipped separately and as soon as possible. You don't need to do anything.
