What is flash delivery?
In the morning you order a product via Galaxus and in the evening of the same day we already ring your doorbell and bring the ordered product.

What is the cut-off time for flash delivery?
If the desired product is available in our central warehouse, you can place your order from Monday to Saturday until 13:15 and you will receive the delivery the same evening.
Is there anything I can’t order with flash delivery?
You can get flash delivery on pretty much any product you can collect in store. That means anything less than 30 kg and no more than 60 cm × 60 cm × 100 cm.
How do I order with flash delivery?
If all products of your order can be shipped by flash delivery and your delivery address is within the available postal codes, the flash delivery will be recommended to you during the order process and you can activate it directly:
Please note that for this delivery method the order must be paid before delivery. The payment options prepayment, invoice or cash payment are disabled accordingly.
When will I get my flash delivery order?
When you order flash delivery you’ll get your parcel that evening. The exact time depends on where your address is on the delivery route.
We’ll text you before the driver arrives and give you delivery options, e.g. ask the driver to phone you once they get there, ring the bell or leave the order in your letterbox.
Do I have to be at home to get my flash delivery?
If you’re not going to be in, we can still deliver your order as long as it fits in your letterbox. If the items in your order are too large, you must either be home or activate the option to deposit your delivery through your tracking link. Flash delivery orders don’t come packed in cardboard boxes so it wouldn’t be safe to leave it outside your door without your approval in such cases.
Can’t find a delivery note with your order?
The shipment comes without a delivery note. All receipts can be found directly in your customer account.
Who carries out the flash delivery?
We use notime, a subsidiary of Swiss Post, for same-day and time slot deliveries.
Is flash delivery environmentally friendly?
The products are delivered without additional cardboard packaging or filling material. Not only the saved packaging relieves the environment, but also the climate-neutral delivery on the last mile by CO2-neutral e-vehicles.
